Road Department

The West Mead Township Road Department has five employees.  Roadmaster John Shartle and the road workers are responsible for public safety and road maintenance for both residents and visitors to the Township.

Special road related permit applications

Special Activity Permits such as for Bike races, 5K-15K Run/Walks

Road Bonding Permits such as for Loggers and Heavy Haulers

Road Bonding Local Delivery Permits such as for Loggers and Heavy Haulers with less than 10 loads or local deliveries only

Road Occupancy Permits such as for Utility Companies or Contractors who need access in or along the road right of way.
