Arterial Bypass Road Diet January 2018
PennDOT will be downsizing the French Creek Parkway (also referred to as the arterial or bypass) from an exiting 4 lane highway to a 2 lane roadway with a trail system on the remaining lands. Work is set to begin in 2024 and be completed by 2025. This document contains the original proposal with four options that were considered.
