Arterial Bypass Road Diet June 2018
PennDOT will be downsizing the French Creek Parkway (also referred to as the arterial or bypass) from an exiting 4 lane highway to a 2 lane roadway with a trail system on the remaining lands. Work is set to begin in 2024 and be completed by 2025. This document contains the second proposal with changes to the four options that were originally considered.
