French Creek Entertainment District Plan 2018 Part 1 of 2
PennDOT will be downsizing the French Creek Parkway (also referred to as the arterial or bypass) from an exiting 4 lane highway to a 2 lane roadway with a trail system on the remaining lands. Work is set to begin in 2024 and be completed by 2025. This document was presented at the same time as there were multiple entities that were seeking to increase and development lands adjacent to French Creek and the arterial highway.
