We now have monthly calendars available online so you can see what dates already have reservations scheduled for each of the pavilions on certain days of each month. Pavilion 1 is shown with a Green Triangle and Pavilion 2 is shown with a Blue Circle. These calendars are available for May through October and updated as quickly as possible and available using the link below. You may still want to contact us for up to date information or for future years reservations.

We are now accepting shelter rental payments online as an option for payment. There is an additional charge for this service. Payments can still be paid directly to West Mead Township at the Office Department.
